Manchester United might be running out of candidates to replace Ole Gunnar Solksjaer as another candidate publicly denies links to the job

Ole Gunnar Solksjaer’s days at United has been numbered for a long while and after the bad performance against Watford , he was sacked . The shortlist for his replacement included ;

Mauricio Pochettino , Zinedine Zidane , Luis Enrique and Erik Ten Haag . Out of these four names , three have been reported to have no interest in taking over . Zidane was reported to have no interest in moving to England due to his Wife’s refusal to live in Manchester . Enrique who is reported to be really happy with the Spanish national team has denied any interest in the job .
Erik Ten Haag has also commented on the rumours linking him to the job . He told ESPN on potential Man United call: “I expect from my players that they are focused on Ajax, so I have to give the right example for that too”. “I’m in United list with Pochettino? I am focused on my team, we want to achieve a lot”.

Last name on the list is Pochettino who has always been linked to a move to Manchester United from his days at Tottenham . Zidane is linked to the PSG Job which could mean an opening exists for Pochettino to move to United . Another name is Brendan Rodgers but with Leicester’s form dipping one can easily see him being the list considered .
