London Underground Drivers Stage Walkout Strike Causing Night Tube Chaos

The reopening of the Night Tube has been stopped due to The National Union of Rail, Maritime
and Transport Workers urging London Underground drivers to not turn up for work.

The strike would start on 26th November from 4.30 am and end on 18th December.

The Victoria, Central, Northern, Jubilee, and Piccadilly lines would all be effected with 24 hour walk outs planned.

The RMT union said: “All of this was avoidable if the Tube management hadn’t axed dedicated Night Tube staff and perfectly workable arrangements in order to cut staffing numbers and costs. It’s that action which has led us to make today’s announcement.”
