Champions league final venue changed

The venue of the champions league final between Chelsea and Manchester City has been changed.

The match was set to have been held at Istanbul but because of Covid regulations the venue had to be changed.

Aston Villa had originally offered the Villa Park to be used and after a meeting between the UK government and UEFA a decision was made to move the final of the champions league to the Wembley stadium.

This means Chelsea will make two trips to the Wembley stadium in May on the 15th for the Fa Cup semi final and on the 29th for the champions league final.
