Bandits releases video of students abducted from the federal college of forestry Mechanisation in Kaduna state.

Bandits have released a video showing a pregnant student and others kidnapped from the college of forestry Mechanisation in Afaka, Kaduna.

The bandits resulted to contacting the abducted students parents after the Kaduna state government refused to pay the N500 million ransom which they initially demanded.

Some of the bandits spoke in Hausa while other spoke in fulfulde in a four minute,56 seconds video. They also asked some of the students to come forward and speak to the camera.

The pregnant Student who was referred to as Hajiya pleaded with their parents to come save them.

She said;

“We are appealing to our parents to help us, we are tired and there is no food. We have spent 47 days, almost all of us are ill and there is no food. We sleep in the open even when it rains”

Another woman addressed as the wife of a Millitary officer was also called up to speak. The last who was abducted form her home in Tirkania-Agwa in chikun local government area of Kaduna state, disclosed that her husband is a naval officer working In warri, delta state and also Urged the Federal Government to come to their aid.

She also disclosed that the bandits had earlier solicited for N30million for their release.
