LIVERPOOL VS CHELSEA MATCH PREVIEW

FA Cup finalists Chelsea go to Premier League champions Liverpool on Wednesday night.

Frank Lampard’s side go into Wednesday third in the table, though they could be fourth by the time the referee blows his whistle at Anfield, if Manchester United beat West Ham earlier in the day.

Champions Liverpool will also receive the Premier League trophy for the first time after the game, lifting it in The Kop.

While Jurgen Klopp’s men have nothing to play for – already champions and unable to beat Manchester City’s record points total from 2018 – Chelsea are in a three-way scrap with Man Utd and Leicester for the final two automatic Champions League-qualification spots.
